Our Hereford Landmark Victorian building needs some major electrical repairs. Consequently, not all exhibits may be operational.

- Members of the Waterworks Museum - Hereford
- Members of the Museums Association (cards to be shown)
- A Carer accompanying a disabled visitor
Assistance Dogs
- Museum policy is that dogs may be admitted to the museum grounds on a lead, but for the safety of other visitors this is always at the discretion of museum staff.
- Only Assistance Dogs are allowed into the museum and childrens water park
Group Visits
We would be delighted to arrange your private group visit and which can be tailored to your particular requirements and might include:
- Refreshments
- Introductory talk
- Demonstrations
- Guided Tour of the museum
We have been successfully running pre-booked educational visits for Schools, Colleges and Universities for over 30 years and these are generally provided free of charge.
However, a donation is always appreciated.
