Forging ahead with new attractions for 2020

2019 was a very successful year for the Hereford Waterworks Museum and 2020 promises to be even better with a range of new events to entertain visitors.

The award-winning Waterworks Museum is not just a destination for steam and history enthusiasts -  it is one of Herefordshire’s leading attractions with plenty to interest the whole family.

The Museum is open every Tuesday (11am – 4pm) throughout the year, with a small selection of engines and pumps working, and also on the second and last Sunday of the month and Bank Holidays, from 29th March until 25th October 2020, when all engines and pumps will be working.  Visitors will have twenty opportunities to experience the sights sounds and smells of a bygone age, enjoy interactive exhibits - especially in the children’s Heritage Water Park, and learn about life in Hereford during WW2.
