A 'must see' in Hereford - coaches welcome
Visited here on a Sunday with a coach group when everything was working and found it very interesting, it is run by knowledgeable volunteers who are happy to chat and explain things to you.
The visit was made more interesting by a society displaying working steam engines outside the museum.
Nice to see the way they do it.
It is nice to to see how water was pumped and still is with the old machinery . it is well worth the time to see it i enjoyed it as i do like old machines.
'A real generation friendly attraction. we visited today with 3 generations (father, daughter & grandchildren). There truly is something for everyone. All the staff are welcoming, friendly and engaging. We were made to feel so welcome and the children had a great time hunting for the frogs, colouring and playing. Excellent hidden gem of Hereford.’14Tth Feb 2017,
So much to learn, do and see
'Our 6 year old leaned a great deal from the new water park, our 3 year old loved dressing up in the play area and our 18 month year old enjoyed the sensory aspects, the toys and the cake’TripAdvisor - October 2015,
